Rules for inverting yourself

  1. Begin slowly.
  2. Make changes gradually.
  3. Pay attention to what your body tells you (You must feel comfortable at all times).
  4. Do not exercise strenuously while inverted (Gentle movements).
  5. Invert regularly (2 or 3 spaced sessions a day, for periods of 2-5 minutes).
  6. The greater the incline, the shorter the period of inversion.
